Most Americans are low in iodine. My functional Medical doctor ran a blood test and I had zero Iodine. Why remove iodine and fiber from our food? To make us sick and fat

Naturally getting iodine is so import. Might I suggest instead of adding it into food, we focus on regenerative farming and elimination of glyphosates and other chemicals that destroy our soil, foods and nutrient density. Not everyone is low in iodine, so if you add it, then you can give other iodine overload which can result in thyroid cancer.

I don’t add to my food. I take iodine supplement. Read the book “iodine crisis”.
