Push for energy security by moving away from coal and oil

Energy prices in coal, gas and oil fluctuate daily and unfortunately this means over the course of months or years your total energy costs can be much higher or much lower. We can resolve this issue by removing subsidies for fossil fuels and move that money into nuclear energy (which is much more efficient per gram of fuel), solar (which has very low costs for maintenance), and Geothermal (still in it’s infancy but provides consistent and efficient energy without any fuel). Since these require less or even no fuel we will not see swings in energy prices day by day, we would also see the average energy price decrease massively which will lead to large increases in economic strength.
