Public Unions must go

All public unions must be eliminated. There is no reason to have a union of public employees negotiating with other public employees that they work with. This is not what unions are for.

I think elaboration needs to be made for this topic.

In some cases public unions are bad, but they could be good.

One example, a public union could become a “good 'ol boys club” where if you’re in good with it you can get away with a lot.

Another is if they don’t like you, they could screw you over.

And a final example would be they could actually do good retaining cost of living for people affected, and needed benefits as well.

I can see the need for unbiased regulation though. My mother lost her decade long employment benefits from a teacherseducation union because she didn’t put up with crap and the people dealing the crap were well liked.

I Agree.
Unions in the private sector have natural guardrails on the level of demands that can be met by management. Simply put, if the employees are awarded too much pay, overtime, etc., the company will go out of business.

No such guardrails exist for public unions. They can just tap into the unlimited well of tax payers’ money. The incentives are backwards.
