Many whistleblowers would like to come forward but they do not feel safe.
Creating a program that will allow the whistleblowers to be protected by the Patriots not under current system.
The current system people have been killed under just by trying to speak out.
Proposal to create a system that once there was a whistle blower speaks out they will be under full blown protection that means a place to live and that place being protected so they can go to school so they can go to work or out and about without being harassed or threatened.
A security team or program not under the current system but creating a new one that only has Patriots who care about these whistleblowers and children who have been abused by the current system.
