Offer our retired military veterans jobs as school resource officers. Giving some of our most well trained men/women the opportunity to protect our children will pour life back into them! They have the knowledge and understanding of weapons and training, plus many of them would love to do such an honoring job! We’ve all seen the rise in school shooting. I’ve seen the idea thrown around about arming our teachers. While i don’t think this is terrible, the resources needed to properly train that many people heavily outweighs the benefits of the great men/women already trained for the job.

I think this is the best idea yet. much better than taking guns from the good, law abiding citizens, until only the tyrannical government and criminals have them. Kudos,
