1- no one can own any American natural resource except American citizens( this includes corporations and investment groups).
2- when an American buys any land they gat a land patent that guarantees no one can take the land for any reason whatsoever. They also own all rights to the land including mineral rights.
3- no property tax because anything that can be taxed can be taken by govt.
4- state and federal govt cannot mandate drugs, pharmasceuticals, steroids, GMO foods, or any specific treatment to anyone producing food.
5- the govt will default to favoring small farms so that big business doesnt create monoplies.
