Promote Organic Rotation Farming on Maui Hawai’i

Since 2016, the idea of growing hemp, and having it be a major production item on the island of Maui, Hawaii was proposed to our politicians. The reason we wanted to grow the hemp weed and put this agricultural plant into production was for things such as hemp-crete, hemp fabric, hemp paper, and more non-consumable items to clean the toxins from the farm land here in Maui Hawaii. The plan after 7 years of detoxing the land by growing the hemp weed was to start doing vertical farming with rotation crops. Please know many people on this island have been promoting this idea, but due to Monsanto and its political ties with our politicians we are still using inefficient farming liking mono-cropping on Maui with pesticides and toxic chemicals. We anticipate by doing our own vertical organic farming we would supply all the food needed on the islands of Hawaii, which would then help us with our “food insecurity” issues. I anticipate we would have enough farm goods available to even ship organic grown items to the West Coast. This is a challenging policy and one that I know Robert Kennedy could really help. We have the most fertile land in the world here in Maui Hawaii but unfortunately it has been poisoned. We have the opportunity to clean this land while producing hemp-Crete, which is a fire retardant material used for building homes. We have the opportunity to grow organic foods to be supplied all the island so that we will not have rely on foods being shipped from the mainland.
