Send therapists to communities of Americans battling addiction. Many of these people are too afraid to go see a doctor. We have hundreds of thousands of Americans dying of Fentanyl. We can have government paid therapists and counselors or social workers that go door to door to the communities most affected to talk directly to the people at risk of overdose. They can be very friendly and simply give them advice with their consent without having to interfere in their privacy. I am sure many of these people keep their problems in secret and society finds out when it’s too late and they are dead.
