My new policy would be not to get rid of the corrupt education system that we have but to make competition for it so it has to improve. And I would do this by setting up a situation to where any business could hire a teachers, get certified and pick the students they want. There would be no exchange of money they would be learning a skill as well as keep up with their writing reading and arithmetic. But the business would be getting free help. This would be keeping the government’s corrupt money out of it. And the businesses would then have workers that they’ve trained their way.
