Politicians create large oversized bills that are 100+ pages. This makes it impossible sometimes for anyone to read the entire bill before a vote is cast on it. I believe the best way to prevent this from happening would be to REQUIRE the individuals bringing forth the the bill or legislation to read the entire bill LIVE on a public forum that is easily accessible to all Americans. Once finished reading there should be a Q&A immediately afterwards to answer any question that the people may have. Both sides of the aisle can participate in the Q&A and viewers of the reading can ask questions as well. I believe this will prevent large oversized bills that have un needed fluff in them from being blindly passed.
