I just went to the dmv today. I was charged about a 58 cent connivance fee just for using my card at the dmv. Let along stuff at the dmv is also getting pricy so that’s an another topic. The “convenience fee” is COMPLETELY unnecessary. Also not a lot of people carry cash on them either. It doesn’t seem like a lot of money and it’s not, but inflation is high enough as it is without all the extra unnecessary stuff.
