Prevent a cycle of lawfare

The Democrats broke the stigma against prosecuting political opponents.
The government is rife with corruption and the culprits MUST be held accountable
BUT
I see only one way to prevent this from spiraling into a cycle of lawfare.

Hold the most independent, open and transparent wide scale investigation into corruption (ZERO “internal” investigating) and prosecute every guilty person to the full extent of the law.

HOWEVER
Upon conviction of any ELECTED official, have Pres. Trump make a big public demonstration of commuting their sentences. (Something along the lines of “No one is above the law! But the law should not be a weapon against the people, even against their representatives”)

This will reset the standard of grace across political lines, reestablishing a stigma around lawfare AND create a previously lacking standard of legal accountability for all.

Finally, any bureaucrat convicted of any corruption should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law and serve the MAXIMUM possible sentence.

I like it, and President Trump should start the process with a bunch of blanket pardons of his political enemies, using the exact sa.e wording as Biden’s pardon of Hunter. And in this case, he should do the same for every Deep Stater up until Jan 20 2025. After that, your reasoning applies. With an exception for a treason investigation. And all of those pardons should vome with a very pu lic and very loud adminitio. To Congress to drop the i cessant i vestigatiins and do their darn job.

Hold our law enforcement accountable for inhumane treatment of prisoners and families of the incarcerated while in jail. Our son had multiple health issues…incarcerated for tinted windows, car was searched. Found small amount of controlled substance he had for his pain and prescription sleep meds that were not to be stopped suddenly. Since he was from another state and far from home, we all were used and abused when we tried to help him. They wouldnt set an affordable bale. Wouldnt provide a lawyer, no court date. Hardling any communication at all and what little there was we had to pay a high price for. He was terribly cold and we ordered him 2 pr of insulated underwear which they finally gave him. They told him after 6 weeks he would have to write and petition the judge to come back and petition him to lower the bail. We couldnt afford a lawyer. Since he had no paper, stamps or envelopes he couldnt do that so we kept researching for a way to get him out. Church offered to help but we needed to find a way to get him out without paying 50,000.00. We finally managed to get him out after 2 mo. Later by maxing out my credit card for over 8,000.00. He had never been married, no children. Had been trying to get on disability which was hopeless if youve ever worked. So his workmans comp had just run out, no car to get back and forth to court in this other state. They kept his supply of sleep meds and everything he owned alng with his car. Not much to eat there except for commisary which was junkfood. All of that without being found quilty of any crime and no one was an injured party excet us and himself. He came home on a train. We picked him up and 3 days later we found him deceased in his bed. He was only 45. We.are in our 80s.
Government should be held accountable for what they have done to the American people by bringing drugs here for our youth to buy off the streets and also for taking away needed pain meds for people who need them and to be able to have them with a doctors supervision. I myself and my son cannot take most pain meds because of itching. I myself have a 10 in, scar on my back and was denied meds that didnt make me itch, so had to suffer through it. I am broken in so many ways, the loss of my youngest precious 45 yr old son that i wont live long enough to finally get over. Because of our controlling, money making government. Well you have it all now. You probably wont be accountable in this life but you will in the one to come. He was a good Christian man who had just dedicated his life to Christ a couple of years ago and from a Christian home. President Trump, please address these issues. I will only say this was in Mississippi, because of potential retribution to the family.
