This new policy would create an award exclusively for mothers who raise many kids.
Socially, it isn’t valued in the U.S. to raise many kids. Monetary incentives such as maternity leave have been largely unsuccessful in raising birthrates in European nations. Let’s look at successes, not failures.
Georgia and Kazakhstan are countries that have successfully raised their birthrates through social status. Georgia, with the private initiative of their Patriarch baptizing every third and later child and Kazakhstan awarding mothers medals on the number of children.
Don’t believe me? Look at the birthrates yourself. These are former soviet nations with a low birthrate history.
In a similar vein, the president would give a presidential award to appreciate the selfless role of motherhood.
I won’t give a number but many great minds benefit an eminent nation.
