Policy on Gender Health and Support for Minors

To ensure clarity and consistency in addressing gender identity concerns among minors, all medical interventions, including hormone treatments, shall align with the biological sex of the individual at birth. This approach prioritizes physical health, emotional stability, and long-term well-being while promoting counseling and support services to address underlying mental and emotional health needs.

For instance, if a boy is biologically male and expresses a desire to be a girl, he shall receive testosterone to support his biological sex. Similarly, if a girl is biologically female and expresses a desire to be a boy, she shall receive estrogen and progesterone. In all cases, treatments shall reflect the biological sex the individual was born as.

Although Your idea is put out there with the best of intentions, the reality is that we need to Stop All attempts to give gender affirming anything period. Children are children, children use incorrect words and play with whatever that makes them happy of frankly for some, whatever is around. Unless a child has there hormone levels checked by a doctor and that doctor finds that there is a genuine problem that needs to be treated…… ie cancer, giving a developing child hormones should be illegal altogether. The idea that children are not only being forced to grow up too fast by people shoving issues of Sex in front of them while they are still innocent but that some teacher, therapist, or principal can force their ideas of what should be upon them and secretly in some states begin “ gender affirming care even as far as giving them hormones while their bodies are still developing is disgusting to me altogether! Parents’ rights and furthermore children’s rights are being taken away when anything of that sort happens. STOP trying to push agendas that only serve to sterilize our youth!!! If you are that worried about overpopulation get on a rocket and start over in Mars. The fact is that playing with hormones is dangerous. Giving testosterone to a male will result in their own inability to produce enough testosterone naturally. Please Stop and use the grey matter between your ears before posting a suggestion for the whole country if not the world to see and form an opinion on.

gender assigned by birth might not always be correct; there are rare people like Imame Khelif, algerian boxer, who probably got identified as a girl when born - but seems to have internal testes, with male level testosterone production, going through a male puberty. such cases need additional tests like DNA testing, or anatomical checks, even after birth

Puberty is a difficult time for young people; maybe especially difficult for masculine girls and feminine boys, who are far from their respective gender stereotypes.

give all children an education that promotes confidence, self worth, and the idea that individuality is a good thing. in whatever way it might play out.

give them all the knowledge that puberty might be difficult, and come with its share of doubts, insecurity, fear of the future… but that this will pass, and they will mature snd learn, being supported by their family, friends, and teachers, too.

They are assigned at birth and should not be chemically altered for what is a mental health issue
