Physical Fitness test in the Military

I propose physical fitness tests in the military ignore race, creed, biological SEX. There should be 1 standard for all. Either you can pass or you can not. The reasoning is that your equipment and loadout does not care who uses it - male, female, pelican, or cat - it still weighs the same and needs to be with you to be effective.
