Politicians/government workers cannot make over “x” amount, and are not allowed to do any stock trading.
Sick and tired of politicians that are worth quadruple what a middle class citizens is worth, talking about how they can relate to or care about us. They are so out of touch with reality and are only in politics to line their pockets. If we stopped allowing these people to make so much we could actually start electing people who care about actual issues and actual people, since it wouldn’t just be for the money. Think of people working in animal shelters, most are volunteers making little to no money, but they are doing it because they actually enjoy it and know they are making a real difference!
