I suggest a deep re-patriotazion through our education system. Also, bring back the options that allows all judges to have the authority to offer convicts the choice of joinng the military or going to jail. This of course would be on a per case basis, and if they flunk out, then it’s off to jail. Nothing I know instills self dicipline and patriotism like the military.
