I propose patient choice similar to school choice. Trump proposes education dollars follow the student. I propose the insurance premiums we pay follow the patient. If I choose to see a holistic or integrative medical provider instead of the standard pharm doctor, my insurance pays for my care. We also need to cut the regulatory stranglehold.
