Patient care decisions will not be made by doctors

We need to take health care decisions away from bureaucrats in the Insurance industry. Healthcare decisions should be between dr and patient. There should no longer be in and out-of-network options. Only doctors should decide what tests and procedures are necessary. Patients should be allowed to choose their caregivers without needing approval from insurance.
