Parents should be able to sue schools or teachers for pushing their own personal ideologies onto children in public schools. Public Schools should be a place for ALL children.
Indoctrination can include, but not limited to:
Pride Flags, Signs, Discussions, clubs, practicing “Trans day,” discussing sex or sexual acts, teachers discussing their personal business or sexual preferences, DEI or CRT discussions/opinions, cultural preferences, or any Religion. Students can practice their religion of course, it is constitutionally protected, but no adult within that school should propagate any religion… including the Woke Religion.
Public Schools should ONLY discuss basic topics in education such as reading, writing, math, etc. Anything else, not approved by a parent opens the school up to a lawsuit.
Public Schools should honor biological science. Boys and Girls should have separate locker rooms and bathrooms. Kids that are programmed into having Gender Dysphoria will need to seek help for their mental illness while being counseled into using their bathroom designated by their biological sex.
That being said, states should all allow school choice and have charter schools that allow diverse communities to create their own community schools. If a community wants a Christian School or a Woke School, that should be an option and they should be able to apply for it within the state. However, the ideology of the school should be prominently on display for all parents to make the decision. Anything that is not disclosed opens the schools up for a lawsuit.
