Patents - publish PATENTS currently buried by the U.S. government

Publish the patents that have been buried and/or stolen by the U.S. gov’t over the many decades. However, this should exclude any patent having to do with biological warfare, explosives, weapons of mass destruction, et al. Allow citizens and/or companies to manufacture and sell those products on the free market without hinderance from State or Federal gov’ts.
