I think we need to pass a bill stating when a new bill is brought before Congress for consideration it can only be about that one specific topic. No add ons. ( for example, if they are trying to pass a bill for healthcare reform, they can’t add on to the bottom that this party also wants $2 million for a state park in New York or they want $300 million for an art program in Boston or this party wants $1 million to study the mating rituals of the bullfrogs in Louisiana) The bill can ONLY be about healthcare reform.

We need to pass a bill regarding: Banning Breeders, Healthy Shelter Animals are dying daily with the excuse of needing space. I’ve joined thousands of people on Social Media sharing Volunteers pictures, stories of how much time these Animals have before they’re killed. Ban Breeders, enforce Spay & Neuter Pets. Shut down White Coat the testing, and abuse of Animals. Ban slaughter of Animals the abuse, and starvation, and smooshed into small cages on top of each other while they are waiting to be selected to be strangeled, beat, and boiled alive and killed for the meat trade. Ban Horse tripping, and round ups.
