Pass laws to protect US elections.
(1) You must show proof of citizenship when registering to vote. Proof of citizenship can include birth certificate issued in US, enhanced driver’s license, valid US passport.
(2) You must present a valid government issued photo ID when voting. Qualifying ID’s include valid US passport, enhanced drivers license or state issued photo ID which can be obtained free of charge from the Secretary States office in the voters state of residence.
