- Require government id to vote (passport, driver license, ā¦)
- Clearly mark non-citizen Drivers License so it cannot be used to vote. Penalize any State by withholding federal dollars that issue licenses to illegal aliens. Require proof of citizenship.
- Any given address used for more than 10 votes should be flagged & investigated
- Have a National Vote Day (holiday) for National/State Elections.
- Require cleanup of voter rolls every 2 years to remove dead people, non-citizens, etc.
- Eliminate Drop boxes.
- Eliminate ballot drops
- Eliminate mail-in ballots except in rare & defined cases of disability, elderly, etc. Make the rules tight.
- Allow online voting for military overseas and ensure military allows all service personnel the ability to vote online with kiosks setup.
- Create extreme prison time for election fraud. Very steep fines/prison time.
- Eliminate ALL electronic machine voting.
- Require paper ballots, with serial numbers/barcodes by state.
- Create penalties for states/counties that have final counts greater than 48 hours after polls close
- And anything else that will ensure a secure & fair election.
I would like to add:
These voting guidelines should apply to ALL US elections (federal, state, local) in ALL 50 states:
1). Only US citizens with proof of citizenship/specific voter ID with 4 year expiration cycle/photo ID.
2). Mandatory Clear/purge/verify voter rolls every 2 years; must be verified and certified.
3). Paper ballots with unique identifiers generated at time ballot is requested (in person with ID, absentee with notary). The number of ballots submitted must match number of ballots requested. Must track ballot allocation, distribution, cast, received, counted, verified, certified.
4). Have triple verification for ballot count: as vote is cast, as it is verified, as it is certified.
5). Ballots must be counted/verified/certified on Election Night.
6). Absentee ballots are not counted until Election Day.
7). No drop boxes unless 24/7 surveillance with chain of custody. (For example, no random boxes or truck loads of ballots can be dropped off)
8). Have a reverse audit where ballots must be cross-matched to current verified/certified voter rolls.
9). Contingency plan for a re-count, and even a re-DO for questionable irregularities in process/procedures or statistically significant anomalies (ie 2020 where Biden had 18-20M+ more votes than Dem party in previous elections).
10). Severe penalty of $10 million /25 year prison sentence (or even death penalty) for intentional election fraud or election interference.
11). No illegal aliens, non-citizens, dual citizens, foreign nationals, or convicted felons may vote in U.S. elections (Federal, state, or local).

Good ideas, but Iād put a deadline of midnight on Election Day for all counts to be final. Any ballots not counted by then are excluded.
