Pardon Edward Snowden and Julian Assange. These men need to be freed. Their crimes were strictly making known the evil the US government and others have done. They exposed the deep state and the swamp at great risk to them selves and family. The information they have exposed how corrupt Government is. They are true whistle blowers. Free them now.

No. It matters not their motives for their crimes. They are criminals and must bear the consequences of their criminal activity.
Blowing the whistle on government overreach is not a crime, it’s heroism. This is the reason many employers have anti retaliation policies.

As someone who used to work for several 3 letter agencies, under a different name, I have always looked to see if Edward Snowden would be pardoned. He has enlightened the American people to the workings of the NSA and then also how Facebook and our smartphones listen to our lives everyday. I would love for him to be pardoned and given the opportunity to come back.
