I am about to have a baby in January and my job (as a nurse) does not pay me for the time I will have to miss to recover from having my baby. Iv heard missing at least 6 weeks to heal and be released by a doctor if they even release me by that time. I cannot afford to miss 6 weeks of work. I have been trying to set money aside for when the time comes but in this economy with the previous president, it has been horrendous trying to save any money. All I can do is apply for FMLA which just holds my position at the company, pending approval. Could there be a quick solution to this?
