Corporations are not people, and Super PACs (amongst many other threats), undermine the integrity of elections.

The flood of money coming in through this loophole ensures that candidates are determined according to the whims of corporations rather than people.

Corporations are not beholden to the people but to shareholders, by law. Therefore, their influence is undesirable.

This is critically important.
