Reverse the U.S. Supreme court ruling Toyota v Ella Williams, which stated that because she could brush her teeth and comb her hair she was not disabled from her company position and the company had no debt to her. This makes all employees injured through work, and unable to perform in the work place dependent on social security disability . and gives the companies untethered liability. As they ( companies ) make billions in profit the tax payer pays their bill.
