Opt Out of Traditional Health Insurance

Those who are responsible citizens and take care of their health should be allowed to pay for their healthcare costs out of pocket with discount price with no health insurance involved. That includes annual routine doctor visits, labs and prescriptions. They should be allowed to buy cheap catastrophic insurance plan, i.e.far under $1000 a month for a family if they don’t utilize health care system for expensive tests and hospitalizations. At this time the cost of health insurance is so high that average worker cannot afford it and it is making employers broke.
