Allow a one time debt forgiveness for American citizens. Times were tough all around and allowing American citizens to apply for a one time debt forgiveness ( probably limit it to 20 thousand) it could be taxes or student loan whatever. Thus is per person. It would allow a fresh start for many and boost the economy.
