COVID-19 tests were sent out via the USPS in huge quantities. People had plenty of access to them to test themselves at home. Sending free birth control (such as condoms) and early pregnancy test sticks (EPT) to women would help them comply with tight abortion laws in states like Florida where they only have 6 weeks to make a decision about their pregnancy. These packages could be sent discreetly to the homes of women who requested them online for free. This would take away the financial barrier to using these tools, and thereby reduce the chances of the need for later term abortions.
