Non deployed military utilizing their training to improve infrastructure

So much of our infrastructure is neglected and delayed due to over paid contractors leeching off the government. We already pay and train members of our military for these jobs. If units are not deployed, reserve, or national guard and hold positions beneficial to stateside projects then use them. If we can build schools, cities, and roads in a foreign country then we could utilize those skills stateside. It would hasten our projects to completion while giving continued training opportunities to the service members. United-States-Department-of-Defense Economy
