No Taxes for Poor Americans

Simply put, remove taxes for Americans who make less than 30k a year. Perhaps even go further and remove taxes on Americans who make less than 100k a year.

How do you account for CEO’s of multi-million / billion dollar companies that take minimal incomes? Or even just ‘regular’ CEO’s that also take a reduced ‘salary’?

They make over 30k more than likely.

Look it up on YouTube or call Freedom Law School in Florida!! And this is straight from the Irs book the 4400 page book and nine-Supreme Court hearings. The judge says that people do not have to pay tax and in the IRS book it says the only people that has to pay taxes has to live in the district of Columbia, the 6 acres that’s foreign land.!! If you wanna start looking at it in YouTube, it’s called the seven steps, Freedom Law School!! peyom hasn’t paid taxes since 1996. He’s been to multiple tax courts and he wins every case and he uses the Irs law against them. I haven’t paid federal and Montana is one of the 16 states that piggyback with the IRS so I don’t pay Montana taxes either and they represent you. They’re sitting in the court room with you look into it.

The reality is that most people making less than $30K already don’t pay taxes and in many cases get a refundable tax credit. The 2025 standard deduction is $30,000. Look up EITC or earned income tax credit. A family of four making $30K, under current tax law is going to get a “refund” of $7,000 to $8,000 consisting of $2,000 per child plus $3,000 to $4,000 EITC.

Nah, I know people who live out of their car and still pay in on taxes. Just depends what’s being filed and what the circumstances are.

It all depends on your filing status. If single, the standard deduction is half of what I posted and any EITC you might get is based on filing status and children. If you are referring to Social Security and Medicare, yes if you’re receiving a paycheck as an employee that will be deducted. If you’re talking about Federal income taxes, what I posted is 100% true.

Every American citizen has the responsibility to pay taxes. These Taxes need to be limited according to the income. There is a sensible and fair way to do this.

I guess I’m also in favor of a bracket tax system. Would be great if Trump did the Trump tax system.

The tax system in the US is too complicated.

Most people making less than $30K a year already don’t pay any taxes and are in fact subsidized by those of us that do pay taxes. Depending on your filing status and number of dependents, The Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) can give a low income wage earner a tax “refund” of $10K or more, meaning every dime of Social Security and Medicare taxes paid by both the employee and employer are given back to the “tax payer” in the form of a refund. That is in addition to all the other welfare benefits many qualify for; Section 8 housing assistance, Medicaid, SNAP food stamps, etc, etc, etc. The EITC cost taxpayers an average of $62.5 BILLION a year over the last 5 years. Don’t believe me, look it up.

I rather have the Trump tax bracket system. A simple tax system will motivate more people to work and get rich.
