Recommendation: All 100% disabled military veterans should not pay property regardless of the state of residence.
Justification: Most states provided disabled military veterans some type of tax relief when it comes to property. For example, in Texas, veterans that are 100% disabled are exempt from all property tax. Veterans that are 70%-90% disabled receive a $12,000 property tax exemption. This policy would help prevent homelessness within the veteran population.
