Strip all people President Joe Biden pardon’s between 12/01/24 and 01/20/25 of all government benefits unless they agree to fully co-operate in any and all investigations of their conduct while a Federal employee.

- Upon receiving a presidential pardon, the individual must notify their respective agency or department within 30 days of acceptance.

- Acceptance of the pardon will automatically be treated as a plea of guilty for all non-adjudicated offenses for the purposes of this policy.
