Government contractors should be banned from mandating DEI training for their employees. Put it differently: The government should not be allowed to sign a contract with a company that mandates DEI training for their employees.
Such a policy would send a clear message that racism is not tolerated by the U.S. Government and companies that push a racist agenda are excluded from doing business with the Government.

We already had equal opportunity employment, we need to get rid of DEI. How about we just hire the person most qualified for the job regardless of age or gender period! Who cares about the color of you skin or if you at man or woman, if you are qualified for the job then you get the job.
