No Citizenship for Illegal Immigrants Act

The purpose of this Act is to prevent any individual who has previously been an illegal immigrant in the United States from receiving U.S. citizenship. Any individual who has been identified as an illegal immigrant at any point shall be permanently ineligible for U.S. citizenship. The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) shall establish a system for verifying the immigration status of individuals applying for citizenship.
Definitions- Illegal Immigrant: An individual who entered or remained in the United States without legal authorization. - Citizenship: The status of being a citizen of the United States, with all rights and privileges thereof.
