NO BENEFITS for illegal immigrants

Immediately end all benefits to illegal immigrants.

Any right, liberty or privilege granted to legal citizens of this country shall not be granted in any capacity to any person who has illegally entered this country.

Illegal immigrants should never be placed in a higher regard than United States Citizens. No housing benefits, no driver license, no identification, no food stamps, no cash assistance, no schooling, no working.

If a person is so bold to break the law and illegally enter this country, there needs to be a clear policy that establishes all illegal immigrants will be deported out of this country and will not be allowed to return.

Yes. Ending any and all benefits to illegals would stem the tide of them coming here. At the same time start the Deportations.

The key point to lean on here is that The Constitution of These United States only applie to those who are subject to the authority of The Federal Government. Therefore, no constitutional rights, benefits or protections are to be conferred to illegal aliens, visa abusers, anchor babies, vacationers, asylum seekers, citizens of other nations etc…

I am a legal resident of 20 yrs have 3 American children with an American born father. I supposedly am entitled to get benefits for my American children but have been denied. At times I have had to rely on food banks and the school to feed them. I can’t work as My 5 yr old requires 24 hour care as she is disabled and I am her full time carer. I am now divorced have no money as the child support is paid directly to the mortgage a utilities as I requested so my children kept their home. I have a debt of thousands of dollars in medical bills for my disabled child as she is not covered may Medicaid as I was denied coverage for her.
So please explain why when I came in legally paid taxes from day one when I worked married a born American have 3 born American children why you think they should not receive benefits now they are in need?
I agree about all illegals who have broken the law and contributed nothing but what about people like me who paid thousands of dollars for the privilege to live here and worked .

Benefits for people in need in this country is fundamentally flawed to begin with. It promotes poverty and seeks to keep people there.

Yes, go back from where they come from and re-enter the “right” way! Pay their fare share and support the veterans!!!

Completely! I don’t understand how it is constitutional for places like NY and CA to put in place laws that allow illegal immigrants any kind of rights. They are violating constitutional laws so why do these states think they have the right to allow them to have property and drive without licenses and be on gov assistance. It’s not just unfair, it’s unlawful!

Also penalize business owners with mandatory jail time for hiring illegal immigrants. I would also do the same for renting and providing utilities.

100% Americans first all the time every time!!! I don’t drive an hour to work to sit at a desk for 9 hours and then turn around and drive another hour to get home so my money can support someone that doesn’t even belong here!! I want my money back!!

I completely agree that the entire system of benefits, such as food stamps and EBT, needs to be completely overhauled. I live in California, which is known for providing numerous benefits to undocumented immigrants. It’s frustrating to see that I work 12-hour days and have to carefully manage my expenses, while the person in front of me is able to purchase over $1,000 worth of food and drives a $60,000 vehicle, yet still qualifies for food stamps.
I believe that anyone who enters the country legally should be granted only one year of benefits to help them get established and find a job. After that, they should figure things out on their own, regardless of whether they have children or choose to have more.
I’m not a senior, but I think these benefits should prioritize veterans who have fought for our freedom, as well as retired seniors who struggle to make ends meet. Benefits should be reserved for U.S. citizens. If we remove these privileges, it could significantly reduce the number of undocumented immigrants coming to the country.

I would say yes but with an exception of those under age 18, I dont think any child should be denied school, shelter, and food.
