New Immigration Visa Election Fraud Investigation

The Violence Against Women Act amended the Immigration and Nationalization Act to include a provision for visas for illegal immigrants who assisted law enforcement in investigating and prosecuting domestic abuse crimes. This policy was seen as necessary in order to address the problem of abusers avoiding prosecution because their victims would not go to law enforcement in the fear of being deported.
I envision as similar provision for illegal immigrants who were cajoled into voting illegally, if any. An illegal immigrant who participated in such activity and subject to deportation would be highly motivated to cooperate with law enforcement in order to stay in the United States. If this type of activity has occurred, it would be beneficial for the public to know about it and see what people and organizations were involved. It could also lead to the prosecution and punishment of individuals who conspired to have illegal immigrants participate in election fraud. Even assuming little or no election fraud on these grounds has occurred, such a law would deter people and organizations tempted to encourage voting by illegal immigrants from doing so for fear that the illegal immigrants will be incentivized cooperate with law enforcement in investigating the larger scheme.
