Negotiate drug prices

Use the power of qualified purchasing professionals at the major hospital group purchasing organizations to leverage their supply base knowledge and data sources to create negotiation and bidding plans to lower drug costs.

Challenge the organizations to provide staffing and their IP to this effort to get it done quickly. Something like drugs representing 80 percent of spend in year 1.

Prices need to br globally competitive and made available to Medicare part D participants immidiately regardless of the current drmocrat 2000 deductible program.

Then phase in to retail and commearcisl insurance.

Medicare is currently disadvantaged to commercial insurance. This needs to be fixed.
