Nationally Legalize Abortion

The situations you are referring to, their lives became at risk once the doctors identified that the risk was inevitable. Courts, lawyers, OB-GYN’s, etc. have repeatedly said that pro-life exceptions do NOT require that the risk be “imminent” in order to exist. All of those doctors in question committed medical malpractice.

The GOP trifecta isn’t going to legalize elective abortion, especially until viability as you suggested. BTW 93% of all abortions occur before 12 weeks. A 15 week restriction gives more than plenty of time to determine pregnancy status and at some point, women have to take responsibility for their child.

I have a different suggestion. FYI - the very first paragraph summarizes the whole idea, and the actual content of my proposal comes after a few disclaimer paragraphs/my MAHA letter:

RIGHT TO MATERNAL/FETAL HEALTHCARE & EDUCATION to stabilize the abortion issue
