Congress should include a national referendum on the next presidential ballot with the following questions:

  1. Do you want the Constitution to remain the supreme law of this land?
  2. Do you want all individuals, including citizens and non-citizens residing in the United States, to adhere to the Constitution as the supreme law of the land?

The American people demand clarification. There will be clarification through referendum, not through coercion and subterfuge.

National referendums should be used for many topics when congress refuses to do the will of the people. The key will be the way these referendums are written.
