How about a national lotto with 1 million dollar weekly drawings. If it is 200 million pot, 200 one million dollar drawings which could result in up to 200 new millionaires every week. It makes sense for the economy because a 1 million dollar winner will spend much of it buying houses, cars, etc. One 200 million dollar winner will just invest most of it. It would be a way of spreading the wealth to more people and stimulating the economy
