A national language of English. All citizens should be able to read, write, and understand english . We teach it in the schools whay not make it mandatory. We have to learn a second language to graduate high school, why shouldnt it be mandatory to live here. Granted we will have to give time for those who are already citizens to learn. But all new ones would be a start
