National healthcare

I propose we implement a national healthcare plan that allows everyone coverage under a sliding scale fee based on income levels. Access to care deemed needed by a provider should not be denied. It would operate on a similar basis as Medicare when it actually took care of the patient. Medications should not be controlled by the insurance, this needs to be put back into the providers hands. Testing needed and medications could follow a structured algorithm to prevent abuse of the system.
