I believe it’s tangible to have more convenient options as mothers, especially work environments.

  • Childcare centers within companies & businesses. Lunch break with child(ren).
  • Flexible or part time hours with full benefits - to support single mothers in particular
  • Desks with built in spaces for child’s play/sleep
  • More nursing mother rooms everywhere
  • Parking spots for mothers with infants
