Making mortgage interest rates affordable with a cap. It is astounding at how much the government makes off a single loan… Rates need to have a limit to them. A program for 1st time home buyers and families under 40 should qualify for a lower rate. We have the opportunity to create affordability through home ownership.

Liking this but I’m over 40, It shouldn’t rely on an age. Lets just make it a program that helps everyone get a home and also keeps companies from snatching up all the properties. Maybe say a VA loan gets first in line for home since they served the country and it will go to an American not a corporation that keeps the housing market and rental markets extremely high. My VA loan will not get me anything and I make really good money.

Not opposed, I’m sure there are programs we can make for everyone. I do think families and the younger generation are struggling the most to get into a home these days.
