Monitoring Election Integrity

By Amendments IX and X, and the “Equal Footing” mutually established, required of, or accepted by all States, each State and the People have organic rights to require only one accurately counted lawful vote per legal citizen who actually votes, and fully monitor election integrity in each county of every State in every Federal election, including all physical and electronic counting, communications, and chains of custody, and to exclude vote counts of every county or State failing such election integrity.
