Modern Homesteading Act

I propose creating a modern Homessteading Act that would open up millions of acres of public lands and/or emminent domained lands of conservation entities to enable citizens to claim their 160 acres and work yhe land to create a future for themselves. This could enable ANY US CITIZEN, from poor urban communities, to rural areas to have a chance at home and land ownership and hope for the future with hard work. The act would also provide subsidies and loans for funds to get the homes built and enterprises started. It would be massive HOPE for younger generations that have no hope for home ownership and a boom to the economy.
