Story: - In Jan 2022, I bought $MMTLP based on renowned geologist Rich Masterson’s analysis of their leased property in the Orogrande Basin (TX), which led him to believe the property potentially held ~3.2 Billion barrels of light sweet crude oil & ~5.8 TRILLION cubic ft of natural gas!
- In November of 2022, approval was announced for a spinout that would see the MMTLP assets spun out to a new private company, Next Bridge Hydrocarbons. All shares of MMTLP would be exchanged 1 for 1 for shares of Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, which were (and still are) not tradable.
- Between 12/06/22 and 12/08/22,

, my broker, and Jeff Mendl of
@OTCMarkets
all told me and EVERYONE else who inquired that we had until 12/12/22 to sell our positions if we chose to. This is all documented fact, and cannot be disputed. See?
-Brokers also told us in those last two days that any short positions would be forced to close because the Next Bridge shares were not tradable, and to that point in history, short positions were NEVER allowed to exist in a private company. I could not BELIEVE what happened next. - On December 9th I opened my trading platform to see that contrary to the info THEY disseminated to the public,
FINRA
halted $MMTLP trading! This is fraud, market manipulation, financial terrorism, and treason on a unimaginable level. Thousands of hard working, innocent people put their trust in a system that has been proven to only be designed to intentionally harm household investors.
There is no “level playing field.” There is no fairness in the markets. There is no trust in the Securities and Exchange Commission, or FINRA. None of them can be trusted because of the indisputable evidence showing collusion.
Big picture - this isn’t just about MMTLP, but it can be the “tip of the spear” as long as someone is brave enough to do the right thing!

MMTLP is an example of private entities working against not only American citizens but against the entire American financial system to make sure people can never beat the system. This is in direct conflict with the American dream that so many believe that if you work hard and make good choices you will have an opportunity to make a better life for your family. Instead they change the rules and make sure regular families have to start over in financial ruin.

My wife and I have been a part of this fiasco from the beginning. We invested in Torchlight Energy as it seemed like a promising investment in the oil & gas industry. This has turned into a nightmare thanks to the level of corruption in the financial industry. Our eyes have been opened and we can’t unsee what we have seen and experienced. The system is so complex and so broken. How can we ever trust the system, our government and our law enforcement?
